Infants spit up a lot because their digestive systems are immature. That's why it's important to burp the baby after it has been fed. As far as sweating, she's probably too warm. If she has no fever, she's probably not sick. I wouldn't worry too much as long as she's eating well, sleeping soundly and thriving.
