I like unusual things, so my favorite has always been the Ginkgo tree. There is no other tree like it around today and it hasn't changed since the time of the dinosaurs....plus it's the only one I could never get wrong on my forestry field tests in college.

There's so many I like, doug firs, california sequoia, dogwood, magnolia, katalpa. Don't think I could choose just one. Sadly I live in a part of the country that only has planted trees. (Central valley of Northern California)

this is a random ?, but i like it so mine is the weeping willow. I know its common, but only because when i was little i use to swing on the long strands and even though its called weeping i always thought of it as beautiful and calming.
