That's a little fast. We'd expect 80bpm to be the upper limit of normal for a RESTING heart rate.

Were you exercising or stressed?

A normal heart rate is between 60-100. You are on the high normal end. Is this a resting heart rate? Some people walk around in the 110s and it's normal for them. If you feel okay, and you are otherwise healthy, this should be all right.

A little high unless you've just finished a short walk of a half block or so.

in the 40's, 90bpm isn't too bad, but you're a tad high. you may want to speak with your clinical doctor for possible remedies.
