A Dr. or Dr's representative (IE: Nurse) under the direct order of the Dr can order tests. If nurses or anyone else does this it would be out of their scope of practice.

I`m gonna say,yes,most. (Frankly I`m having a hard time coming up w/one that doesn`t require a Dr.`s signature)

if they want to keep their medical licenses they do. what kind of studies are you doing that you don't want your meds checked by a doc???
