I need someting unique and cute to put on the invitation? To ask everyone to come. The reason for the party is to start a married couples club were once a month we get together and whose ever month it is they have to plan something for us to do. I want to also come up with a budget of how much each couple will spend. At my house we will be playing games and eating. I am requesting everyone bring a dish and a drink. For the party I want to set the calendar for 2008. So everyone knows far in advance their month. And if they can't do it that month they have to switch with another couple. No one knows the plan so I would like to try to include that on the invitation in a unique way.
Thanks

I am also asking for suggestions of games and things we can do as married couples? Are there guys against girls games or couples against couples games?

If you search for bowtie christmas party games on google or yahoo you should get to a bowtieproducts site that will give you 4 new original games that will help make your nite fun.

For parties like this they work because they give folks something to do while they get warmed up to each other. if they want to talk, they can talk, but if conversation lags games like these take up the awkward silences that many of us dread.

The games are all free and printable

Several of these games have people start singing the songs to get to the answers and that is always a good thing.

Whats nice is that people don't all have to be in it to enjoy it. Some can just help out if asked or enjoy the groaning at the answers.

If links work in the answer blocks here's the link

there is also some party giving advice you may enjoy.

My wife and I made up the puzzles and many people really enjoy them.

I hope they work out well for you

might get a little pricey if the hosts have to supply everything for all the guests each month. I hope you checked with the other couples before deciding everyone wants to do this? maybe make it a bring your own drinks and dish kind of thing so you're not making the hosts do everything if they really don't like to host parties. That's a lot to ask of someone.
I'd call it:
Come Potluck Among Friends Monthly Meet!
Let's gather among friends for a monthly visit! Bring your own drinks and a dish to share as we rotate monthly for a night of fun! Each host will be responsible for the activity or entertainment of the evening for their month.
or something like that.

Sounds like loads of fun and you have thought about it in advance. Find a site on the internet where others can go to find games for their nights...
