People, what in the hell is wrong with me?
i am on a strict diet now, not that i like it, but i have to.

the thing is i eliminated MEAT, GLUTEN/LACTOSE and by-products, EVERYTHING PREPARED ON THE FIRE like fried, boiled etc.

but WHY everytime i eat pretty much anything i get my breath stunk, skin pimpled and and stomac bloated as hell?

so i stick to only fruits, veggies, vitamin-mineral complex and special rice protein. those are the only products that don`t cause above mentioned troubles.

when i see someone eating a burger i get so jealous! their skin is clean, they don`t have halitosis because of it, they don`t get bloated.

i`d give anything and AGREE TO BE SUPERFAT- if only i could eat whatever i want w/o gettin bad breath, bloating and bad skin.

i saw my dentist yesterday and he said my teeth and gums are OK.

i get this kinda troubles when i eat ANYTHING inc. BREAD, MEAT, MILK.

except for veggies and fruits and special vegan proteins.

I am not a doctor, but a nurse practitioner and to me it doesn't sound like a problem with food, I would say it sounds like a bacterial infection. Or there is a possibility that you have IBS or irritable bowel syndrome

Are you eating this strict diet as prescribed by your doctor due to allergies or is this diet your choice?

If this is a self-imposed diet than I'm thinking you're not eating enough variety leaving out a lot of nutrients that are available from those sources.

If this is a medically imposed diet, then you will most likely be sensitive to any types of food since your digestive system is not funtioning fully. Read up on Celiac, Crohn's and IBS.

It sounds like you're not eating the proper things to keep your body in balance. You seriously need to read a book on veganism so you can do it properly without killing yourself. It's very dangerous if you go in un- or under-educated. You're losing out on so many vitamins and nutrients if you don't keep a serious eye on what you're ingesting.

Doctors can help. A blood test is in order. You have irritable bowel syndrome or a bacterial infection. You could have a defiency that has created an imbalance in your system. Ask your doctor to refer you to an internist .

LOL

This is the vegetarian and vegan forum. We CHOOSE not to eat meat or milk. How are we supposed to help you?

You need to see a DIETITIAN, not a doctor.
Doctors don't know jack sh*t about nutrition but they have themselves convinced that they can give advice on anything because they have PhDs.

Sounds like when you eat "anything" you eat like a pig. Try "balancing" your diet and eliminate all the junk food.

I think you need to get a second opinion and why would you see a dentist on a Sunday?
