my dad pricked my finger and tested it on a little testing thing. He tested it when I woke up so I hadn't eaten for about 8 hours.

You really need a glucose tolerance test to know for sure. 125 is a little high after an 8 hour fast. I have type II and that's where I fall after a fast. Seeing a Dr is a must. Diet is the most important thing and it is genetic. There are probable a million articles on line about it but it is a controllable decease. Peace

Being a diebetic I can tell you that your body may work sometimes and sometimes not so a onetime test can't always say (unless it way high). Call your doctor a make an appointment. I waited and waited to finally find out what was wrong with me and had I gone in earlier I may have been able to do pills instead of the injections everytime I eat.

I believe that any numbers between the fairly wide range of 70 to 120 are healthy numbers.

That's not that bad it should be between 90 and 120. But if it stays like that go see a doctor.

Your sugars are always higher in the morning. Your liver is what produces it. It is what helps you wake up. If we didn't have higher blood sugar in the morning, it would be really really difficult to wake up.

it depends on what you might have eaten not long before
best for you to have it checked at the hospital lab to make sure if you do or don't =good luck

if its 125mg/dL when you are fasting....then you are 'pre-diabetic'.that means you can be fine if you watch your diet.
