I live in the top level of a three story apartment building. I have been dead tired and unable to sleep, this is also the case with my girlfriend and roommate. Is it possible that someone below or beside me is doing something illegal in their unit. Does anyone have any experience with this type of thing. If so please give suggestions or the name of an organization that could help me find out. Thank You.

I don't really know but meth can harm you physically I just don't know over what amount of time I think it could be very likely if you call the police and tell them you have suspicion of maybe a drug lab right next door and the concern you have I'm sure they will come and check it out.

If you even suspect that this may be the case, move. Then send the police in! Don't take a chance that anyone will figure out that you are the one that complained. The drug dealers are dangerous people. Good luck.

An article in our local paper, said that once meth is cooked in a house, the house is never safe to live in again. It seeps into all of the wood, drywall, etc. Ask your local police dept. how to have it checked out, and if that is the problem, you would be justified in getting out of your lease if you have one, and finding another place to live.
