I tried with rice, but is it good or is it not well, and there is some another magic aplicable food?

You can actually eat it with anything. With rice, it's alright, but it's even better as a side dish with bibimbap.

There's kimchi soup - hot and spicy filled with kim chi.
I just like it simple as a side dish with rice.

BTW... Who is Boa Kwon? She's no Jessica Alba.

rice, korean BBQ etc. It;s pretty much a side dish, works with most things
Also not so traditional, but I mix it with tinned tuna for a work lunch.
You can also make it into stew

i like to eat kimchi with korean ramen noodle, you also can make kimchi fried rice or kimchi mandu (dumpling)! i've tried it, and it's gooood...

you can try to make kimchi fried rice....

one of my Korean student said once in Canada he ate kimchi with snow!!!!!!!
