So I've been a virgin up until a few days ago. Now the guy accuses me of giving him an STD could it have been me if I never had sex before him?

Yes. You need to find out from him which STD he thinks you gave him and you both need to go to the doctor and get physicals. Let your doctor know the situation and they will take a urine specimen and bloodwork. He may have gotten it elsewhere and passed it on to you for all you know. DEFINATELY go to the doctor.

No, but there's a good possibility that you have an std. Why didn't you protect yourself?

The only way that it could have been, if you got it from your mom, or something like aids/hiv from sharing needles or other things.
