No,,,,coconut milk is bad for u if u were to substitute it for dairy milk,,,most people use to substitute coconut milk with dairy milk.

Try using goat's milk. Check the link below on why it is better,,

Best of luck,,,& I really hope u are not allergic to it too,,,

As the above have mentioned, coconut milk is way fattening. I personally like rice milk best, over soy. It's still milky, but has a lighter, slightly sweet taste to it.

Stick to using coconut milk in Indian recipes, or other baked goods.

Coconut milk is high in staturated fat. Not a good idea to eat everyday.

Try the rice milk or almond milk.

I would try rice and almond products, rice milk is very good, because coconut milk is higher in saturated fat and okay for baking but not daily use.

Coconut milk is very high in fat. There are other alternatives to soy milk. You could try rice milk, almond milk or hemp milk. The hemp milk really tastes great and is also high in omega 3s. They are all pretty easy to find at any local health food store and even sometimes in the regular grocery store. Try them and see which one you like the best.

i am the same way i would not suggest putting coconut milk in your cereal it will make you cooking a little bit creamier and give it a slight coconut flavor. i would suggest using almond milk in my opinion it tastes much better than rice milk.

Actually rice Milk Is Pretty good. So you are basically lactose intolerant. Most of the people are like that in my family, so we keepdifferent kinds of milk around.

Use rice milk or nut milk instead. Coconut milk is mainly used for cooking and will add coconut flavor to your foods.

You can do whatever you want. I'd prefer rice milk.
Coconut milk is good in smoothies or soups, but for daily consumption I'd go with (young/thai) coconut water. Not in my cereal though, yuck.
