The first sentence means there is an abnormality in the lower right lung under the covering of that lung, if by irregular you ment irregularity. That may mean just a benign growth. They may want to keep an eye on it.
Sentence two means no growths inside the lungs and no fluid around the lungs.
The third sentence means the little amount of the upper abdomen that was visualized had no problems.
Sentence four means no spread of cancer from other parts of the body have invaded the scanned spine or ribs.

this i'm assuming is results of an x ray or an mri.Pleural=Lung Based. the first sentence is saying she has a lung based irregularity in the right section of her lungs. Pulmonary is in reference to the heart so she has no problems with her heart having irregularities. No abnormalities in the parts of her abdomen( is the lower half of the body around the stomach-hence abdominal muscles) that they can see in the tests. Cervical spine is the spine parts in her neck and the bony rib cage is the bones on her ribs(remember ribs are also partly made of cartilage-the sternum)show no metastasis (No growths on the bones caused by excess calcium). These results are o.k. but they'll want to check thatirregularity- probably expect a biopsy. Good luck!

It means that your aunt doesn't have lung cancer, at least not metastatic lung cancer that has spread to the lungs from some other location in the body. It also means that she does not have excess fluid around her lungs, in the pleural cavities. Her ribs and spine are also clear of cancer or any other abnormality.
Hope that helps you.

According to this she has no fluid in the area between the pleura of her lungs or any significant abnormalities in her upper abdomen, and no evidence of any disease that has spread from somewhere else in her body to her neck or rib cage.

there is some issue there, since something in the right base is irregular, could be thats just who she is, we are all built the same, but sometimes a bit different, these are called anomalies.
secondly, wait for your dr to interpret those exams. i been in the med field for 20 yrs, and when i read my mammogram, it was so forgien to me i just knew i had breast cancer.... i did NOT!!! but for 24hrs til my doctor got the results herself, i was a mess.... all for nothing, so heed the advice and wait.
best wishes

you don't say whether this was a CT or an xray.....so it's hard to say for certain how exact the result is.....would say that aunty doesn't have pnuemonia, and aunty doesn't have immediate signs of cancer, but aunty does need to follow up with her doctor about the "irregularity" in the base of her right lung.

This is a good result. No evidence of cancer.
However, it is a crime to divulge personal/medical information.
