Well it depends on your audience and your overall thesis.
What are the key points you want to draw the reader to? Also, what title will let a potential reader know that they may be interested in reading your work. The title and intro are important in a persuasive essay. They draw the reader in and can help keep them reading till the conclusion where you summarize your point and hammer it home. Thus resulting in a more effective work.
The essay that I would write would be titled, "Beef, its what's rotting in your colon".
Or perhaps less offensive, "Where's the beef!?" The "where's" would be in italics implying the same as the above title.
Again, it depends heavily on what your really trying to express. If I knew what your going for I could prolly do better.

Try it in the form of a question so you get your audience hooked. Something like:
"Is the vegeterian way what you need? You decide!"
