A German company called Viana makes these delicious analogues. They have a "chickin fillet" that is to die for. Sadly, it is rather expensive.
Purely Decadent is awesome soy ice cream--basically, it's Ben & Jerry's for vegans.
I found a couple of totally awesome tofu recipes on www.vegweb.com.
Here's a good one:
1 lb firm or extra firm tofu
5-6 tbsp sesame oil
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mustard
1 tsp agave nectar
three or four chopped scallions.
In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp sesame oil, soy sauce, and mustard.
Slice tofu and grill in a pan with remainder of the sesame oil. When tofu is golden brown, add sesame oil mixture and cook tofu for a few more minutes. Add scallions and cook for a bit more.
I always throw on some sesame seeds before I serve, although the recipe didn't call for it.

How about an awesome vegan cookbook with a whole bunch of amazing food? Check out Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. The pumpkin muffins are to die for. The chipotle, corn and black bean stew is delicious. The chickpea and spinach curry is great. The scrambled tofu is addictive. Every recipe I've tried has been something I will definitely make again and even my omnivore boyfriend has loved everything I've made.
