Its good that you are scared of the risks. There is a place called planned parent hood (look it up on yellowpages.com with your zip code) Everything there is confidential. They can get her on FREE birth control which would be very beneficial. They also give free condoms. USE THEM!!I am not in any way saying that you two should have sex at 15 but if you are going to do it any way be safe about it!

definitely got to planned parenthood. there is no age you have to be. i think it might depend by state on the confidentiality pertaining to minors. there are different tests for HIV/AIDS and other STDS. you should be tested if you are having sex, but if you are both sure you haven't done anything with anyone else you probably do not have any STDS currently. but if you do not know about testing and such by now, you probably shouldn't be having sex.

at your age, you are really too young to participate in intercourse. Just because you are physically capable doesn't mean you are ready for the possible ramifications. And your girlfriend at that age, will not enjoy the activity, her body isn't ready for it and won't be until she is at least 20, it will be a rather large disappointment for her, so if you do go ahead with your plans, be prepared for that, she will not be happy.
As for the testing, each std, including HIV, is a separate test, each one costs considerable money, and yes you have to have parental consent to get tested. The test results are confidential, and the doctor would require your written consent to tell anyone but you the results.
It is good that you are concerned with these things, but it would be smarter by far to wait until you are both old enough to actually enjoy intercourse, and old enough to deal with the possible ramifications of such a relationship.

HIV only checks for HIV, nothing else. You don't have to be any certain age. They can test a newborn infant. You are very smart to be thinking of this. It is confidential but I don't know if you need your parents consent. Call your local health dept. and ask. Good luck!

I see 2 big red flags here:
1)You're only 15
2)You're not full aware of your girlfriend's sexual history
If you're worried about the risks, you don't need to be having sex. It is good that you are responsible enough to get tested, but at your age, you're just too young to be having sex.

No there is no age limit, but I wish you had to have a license in order to have sex that shows you have finished a sex education class, graduated high school, and have a job that would support you and your girlfriend in the event she gets pregnant.

If you are 15 and you are both virgins and never had blood transplants or shared needles with crackheads and heroin addicts then you cant have hiv or aids.
