Help! I need a tofu turkey and have no idea where to turn! Obviously it must be sent by Thanksgiving to NYC. thanx!

You could always buy some tofu and make your own. I found this great recipe:

If you'd rather buy, tofurkey is probably your best bet. You must be close to a natural food store. Most of them carry Tofurkey Roasts this time of year.

If you live in NYC, one of the Whole Foods there probably carries them. I would check with them or one of the many natural foods stores there and ask if they carry Tofurkey or vegan holiday roasts.
