No it doesn't mean she has cheated, and will not stand up as evidence of cheating in a court of law.
HPV is in practically everyone, & often it remains dormant for many years.

Most people who have a genital HPV infection do not know they are infected. The virus lives in the skin or mucous membranes and usually causes no symptoms. Another thing to keep in mind is that HPV can lay dormant for years. Some people get visible genital warts, or have pre-cancerous changes in the cervix, vulva, anus, or penis. Very rarely, HPV infection results in anal or genital cancers. There is no "cure" for HPV infection, although in most women the infection goes away on its own. The treatments provided are directed to the changes in the skin or mucous membrane caused by HPV infection, such as warts and pre-cancerous changes in the cervix. If you carefully read the details in the link, which I shall add at the end of this discussion, you will note that there is doubt that the virus is spread only by sexual contact. It is therefore entirely possible that your wife has not been unfaithful, nor contracted it through previous sexual contact.
Here is the link, which I mentioned above.

No!
HPV can lay dormant for years. It's a virus and can come and go. Experts think that 70-80% of all sexually active people have this but don't realize it. Usually your body clears it on it's own and you never even know it but sometimes it sticks around and needs to be taken care of. HPV (or cervical dysplasia) outbreaks usually appear when the immune system is down from pregnancy, stress, little sleep, or not eating well.
You could test negative for this over and over again and then suddenly test positive. Males usually show no signs and usually have no problems. HPV can cause penile cancer but this is very, very rare. HPV is the leading cause of cervical cancer in women and it is much more common than penile cancer.
HPV causes genital warts but they aren't the same as big herpes warts. Genital warts can appear as lesions, rough skin, red skin, or just minor irritation. People usually don't even realize they have HPV.
In essence, HPV probably won't effect you at all but it may effect your wife a lot. She might have to have the warts removed off of her cervix or they may go away on their own. Usually doctors will want to wait and see if warts are detected on the cervix because they often go away. If they don't they are treated because they can lead to cervical cancer. HPV is the main cause of cervical dysplasia and cervical dysplasia causes cervical cancer.
I hope this helps.

No, typically HPV shows up sooner than that but it's possible to not show until 10yrs+. You could have HPV, men often don't show signs and you could have been carrying it for years before giving it to her.

HPV can show up years later. Does not mean she cheated. Some kinds of HPV are a result of hormonal changes and go away over time and dont need treatment. You have to let nature take its course. Stop being paranoind. Focus on your coming child and congratulations.

NO it doesn't, HPV is in everyone, but can remain dormant,
I had the SAME thing happen to me,
I was told first that I had Group strep, then HPV, and NOW WARTS?
I have had NO symptoms, NO warts, and NO HPV,
I think that most likely the pregnancy just triggered it,
I have been faithful to my husband and he has been faithful to me,
I don't think that the doctors really investigate, and also doctors definately do not preserve, the testing supplies appropriately
