There is the quorn roast, which is pretty good. However there are quite a few options to choose from. Nothing says that thanksgiving dinner must be turkey, or something that looks like it. This year I am trying a stuffed acorn squash for dinner, roasted fall vegetables, and spiced pumpkin soup, as well as other sides.

For the main course you can have a lasagna, Ratatouille, a pot pie, tofurkey or a veggie loaf

For appetizers you can have veggie side dishes, veggie soups, cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, and stuffing

For dessert you can have pie

A tofurky, mushroom dressing, mashed potatoes and vegetables. You can find tofurkys at any health food store or you can order one online, in time for Thanksgiving.

I believe they have a tofu version called tofurkey but not too many stores actually have it so you would have to look around or order online possibly.

Veggie stuffed cabbage. If you hate meat then don't be a hypocrite and pretend something tastes like meat or looks like meat when it isn't.
