The one I found at the stire was kens I think, and its way to vinegary for me.

LEMON VINAIGRETTE

1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 cup good olive oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Whisk together the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a vinaigrette.

Greek Dressing

1 cup EVOO
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. dry oregano
Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Mix all well.

TGI Friday's Mandarin Orange Sesame Dressing

1/3 C. orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. white vinegar
2/3 C. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 C. mandarin orange sections, chopped
Mixed greens

Measure marmalade, cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic powder, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey into a blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed for 30 to 45 seconds.

Transfer to a small bowl and add the chopped orange sections. Stir to mix, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Macaroni Grill Roasted Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette

2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp salt
½ oz. roasted garlic
3/4 cup virgin olive oil
½ lemon, juiced (no seeds)

Place vinegar, honey, salt and roasted garlic in a food processor. Puree until garlic is chopped very fine. With the food processor still running, add olive oil and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.

I don't know a good recipe, but have you ever tried Annie's brand of salad dressings? I believe those are all vegan (check labels as I have not eaten every kind) you can get them at Whole Foods and they are quite tasty. Making your own dressings is easy to do, just add your favorite flavorings to oil (olive, canola or whatever) and mix. I made my own the other night by using olive oil, vegan Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and a little vinegar.

If you find a good one but it's too vinegary just add some olive oil and shake it up.
