What's the difference between eating white meat and red meat? It still came from an animal anyway and chickens have both red and white meat. Why would someone kill a chicken to eat the white meat but leave it's legs, which is dark meat? Whoever came up with this concept needs to get a grip.

Red-meat vegetarian. Which really isn't vegetarian at all. But every little bit of not eating animals helps!
This just might be a thought, but maybe you weren't eating right? Like not enough nuts and other things with proteins? I know a lot of vegetarian people who think they are healthy but surprisingly don't know how to eat properly.

A picky eater.
But if you MUST have a label, go for flexitarian. I have a love-hate feeling with that word. I hate that you all just have to have a label, but I'd rather you say flexitarian than order some chicken or fish and call yourselves vegetarian.

I've been vegan since conception, so if you were getting sick, it sure as hell wasn't from a lack of protein. It's called DETOX.

there are a few types of vegetarians.
vegan- true vegetarian, eats no animal or animal products
raw-foodest- eats only raw veggies
fruitatarian- eats fruit and nuts
ovo-vegetarian- eats eggs but not dairy
lacto-vegetarian- eats dairy but not eggs
ovolacto- vegetarian- eats eggs and dairy
demi-vegitarian- eats fish, eggs, dairy.
so since you eat meat your no longer a vegetarian... you just prefer veggies. if you really wanna be a vegetarian, try doing the lacto ovo that way you can get proteins from eggs, and dairy...
And anyway it doesnt really matter what title your food preference has. just eat what you like and be happy, you shouldnt need to label yourself.

There is no name for that, except to say you are watching your cholesterol. If you have high cholesterol you are not to eat red meat.
