California Roll, Spider Maki (Fried soft crab – it is so good!), Tempura Maki, Tamago (Omelet), MakiYaki (egg, cumcumber etc) and you can check out the rest which they have like cucumber, avocado etc.
The best is before you order; you should speak to the waiter or the sushi chef if you are sitting at the sushi counter there, tell them your concern and ask them to recommend you some good choice.

Well, if your not crazy about fish try Tempura fried shrimp in a roll. Or............chicken sushi. Strips of chicken meat, carrots, green onions with a plum sauce. Roll it inside out and put some black sesame seeds on the outside (toasted, of course). A little seaweed salad on the side? That should get the person started in the right direction.

Sushi refers to vinegared rice combined with other ingredients-many types are made without fish. Find a quality sushi restaurant, explain that you don't care for fish and ask for guidance.

There's lots to choose from, egg, tuna, eggplant, shrimp (cooked), cone (inari) sushi, makisushi, cucumber, ume, ask for recommendations based on your likes and dislikes, or ask to see a menu and hope it has photos on it. Good luck... you will love sushi!!

California roll is good. It's make with Crab or Krab which isn't really like "Fish"
They also make vegetarian rolls like cucumber rolls.
Spider roll is deep fried soft shell crab. Definitely not for everyone, but I think it's pretty good.
Dragon roll and variations of it has shrimp crab and avocados.

you would then want the california roll.
it's basically that imitation crab stuff with some avacado, cucumber and the normal rice and seaweed.
