There is no connection between having a hysterectomy and developing diabetes. Totally unrelated. So, yes you could still develop diabetes after having a hysterectomy.
Having a hysterectomy will prevent you from having periods or getting pregnant.

Yes you can. Diabetes is a problem with blood sugar control. Either because you do not make enough insulin (in your pancreas, not your spleen) or your tissues are not sensitive to the effects of the insulin your body makes. Having an hysterectomy has nothing to do with it.

hysterectomy means removing your uterus. it has no connection whatsoever in getting diabetes.
diabetes can be inherited. if your grandparents or parents have diabetes, you are predisposed in getting diabetes.
another predisposing factor is obesity. just watch what you eat. less sugar/carbs is recommended.

The only diabetes you can't get is gestational diabetes for obvious reasons.

Yes, you can still get diabetes... your uterus and your blood sugar really don't have any bearing on one another.

Of course. There's no connection.
What you can't get is pregnant.
