I have added an egg in mine and chopped some green onions, celery ,onions.etc.
Try cooking it with about half a cup of water ,some butter and half the seasoning pack and stir frying it until the water is absorbed by the noodles. It's good.
My favorite way is just adding 2 slices of american cheese after it is done cooking and stirring it till melted.
You can just cook the noodles and drain.Add butter and parmesan cheese.
I've also cooked the noodles and mixed in some ranch dressing and added some vegetables.
Believe me I had to be on the ramen diet before so I created different ways to eat it.I even ate it raw pretending they were chips, lol.

Try putting the Ramen Noodles and seasoning IN a salad. Very good, cheap and adds nutrition! With or without dressing.

Nothing.

There are so many chemicals and MSG in Top Ramen that nothing nutritional can be added to make it worth eating. If you can afford TR, you can afford plain pasta and a chicken leg or two.

To the poster that wrote..........
"Try some diced up ham, chicken, sausage, tuna, shrimp, even weiners or spam!! Also you can add some veggies, cheese, sour cream, your favorite salad dressing,or past sauce."

If she could afford those things, like shrimp, she wouldn't be eating chemical soup, now would she? Jeez, do you people even read the questions?

I sometimes add a can of tuna after the noodles are loosened up. Then I add a little sprinkle of cayenne pepper for some POW.

Beat an egg and swirl it in until cooked. The effect is like Chinese egg drop soup. You can also add leftover cooked veggies or small bits of chicken, fish, or meat.

Add a little bit of meat and veggies.
If that doesn't work, you could get your nutrition from supplements in the pharmacy section.
