I blew my nose this morning and noticed a good amount of blood on the tissue...please let me know if this is bad.

Bloody noses are nothing more than broken capillaries in your nasal passage. If this is the first time it's happened and it's not a regular occurance, I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you don't blow your nose too hard next time!

Probably only means the nasal passages are dry. If you live in a region where the humidity is really low it can dry your nose out and leave the passages thin and weak. As long as it's an isolated incident and you don't have a full blown nose bleed I don't think you need to worry. You can put vaseline on a Q-tip or your finger and put it in your nostrils to help in keeping them moist.

It's probably just your nasal passages gettin dry. Do you have a sinus infection? You should really only worry if you get a really bad nose bleed or start coughin up blood.

in the time of being pregnant you will get actual dry nostril's and stuff, the way it sounds, is it is al ot of blood. it may be suitable to chat on your rfile/obgyn to make certain in case you need to use a nasal spray of a few form, besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is appropriate to touch them first to make confident its risk-free. i'm hoping you get feeling greater perfect :)

The same thing happened to me this past morning and i atribute it to the warm dry air inside of buldings now that the weather has gottin cooler.
