Yes. Most women will get rid of HPV on their own. There is no "cure" for HPV, but most women can basically "fight it off". Since HPV is a virus though, and there are no cures for viruses, some women will have the virus their entire life though and are unable to fight it off.

Also, genital warts is NOT caused by herpes like the first person said.

I got clinically diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about five years back, when I was still in college and had a mindless one-night stand. I realize a lot of girls will declare this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores round her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/aDWT7 everything got better.

Not only was I able to remove all remnants of the hsv from my body in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Nope. Herpes is incurable. You can control outbreaks, maybe, and you can live with it, but it will never go back to the way it was.
