I fall into the proactive category, but judging by the answers of the people before me, being ignorant and selfish when it comes to the environment is funny, cool, and something to be proud of.
Wow, the world sure has come a long way in the last couple thousand years.
I guess recycling your pop can or not idling your car is too much for some people to handle. They have more important things to worry about... like...... umm........

So's long as I'm paying for the utilities provided by those companies, I'll use the resources but in common sense usage. I'm willing to bet that you still use commercially manufactured products that you improperly dispose of that pollute the earth without a second thought.

Yes, Larry. I quit bathing, flushing, brushing, driving, shopping, working, recreating, producing and consuming.

I moved into a mud hut last week, subsist on brambles and berries and have gotten down to three breaths/minute.

All for Goddess Gaia.

It's a good life, Larry. A good life. Come join me.

I try to do as much as I can. I'd rather make as much as a little difference, than none at all.
