it would be impossible to justify peanut butter cups as being --in ANY way-- "healthy"... there's nothing nutritionally redeeming about them.

13 peanut butter cups (of regular size) would be 1690 calories. 13 MINIATURES would be 468 calories. [see SOURCE(s).]

you won't get fat "overnight" but you could gain a pound or two if you don't stop eating that much sugar! :p

Like you said a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup is chocolate and peanut butter. Read the package. Or read the peanut butter jar you may have in your cupboard. No, you won't get fat overnigth, but eat 13 of them every day and you'll be chunky in no time.

Hershey's says:

Please consult the package label or call us at (800) 468-1714 for further information.

your best bet is to go workout. and anyways Halloween only happens once a year so its all good:)

Peanut butter may be on the healthy side, but recess peanut butter cups peanut butter is not JUST peanut butter...
You ate 13?
Thats fine!
I used to eat a whooooole bunch of those at once, and I stayed 95lbs...
Still am, actually :]
Don't worry about it! It isn't possible.
*You will only gain weight if you eat like that every day.
You can afford to eat tomorrow, it isn't possible to put on weight that fast.

Why are you young enough to trick or treat but old enough to be obsessing over your weight?

Its one thing to want to be healthy, but your questions says you ate a crapload of candy and now want to immediatly throw it back up. Starving yourself the next day is no different realy. And if you didnt plan on eating all that candy, why did you get it?

Free has nothing to do with anything. Theres an old bike sitting on my neighbors lawn with a sign that says "free", doesnt mean Im going to take it.

You should be looking at the FAT grams. A spoonful of peabut butter can have 16-thats huge-that and the sugar are what get you-the package will tell you calories.

Every extra 3500 calories becomes a pound of fat.

Reese's contain peanut butter. They are NOT filled with it.

The filling is like a peanut butter fudge.
It's probably 1 part peanut butter, 1 part fat and 1 part sugar.

That's a lot of calories and fat. Quit trying to rationalize your candy binge and just get over it. Not eating tomorrow will cause your metbolism to go into starvation mode-eat lightly and heathily and resolve to do better in the future.
How in the world are you gonna deal with REAL problems that you will face as an adult if you are dramatizing one diet slip this way? Grow up!
