I am a fan of almost all types of Mexican food, but a favorite dish that I don't eat often (because it's not always done well) is Chicken Mole.

tamales
tacos

beans
rice

I just love Mexican dishes. My favorites are fajitas, enchilladas and burritos. I love the hot taste and the sauces.

Enchiladas verdes de pollo(green chicken enchiladas)
Chile relleno de queso
Chicken Mole
Pozole
Tamales all kinds
and the list goes on and on and on.
I'm glad that I'm mexican and know how to cook all of these I love it!!!!!

FAJITAS all the way. I love it when it comes sizzling and sometimes in flames at a restaurant, with all those hot sauces in small cups and the grated cheese mmmmmmm.
