Eat something and start exercising. That way you lose weight the healthy way instead of slowly killing yourself. And after a while you won't only be thin but you'll have a nice body to go with it.

You look pale and sick because you have deprived your body of essential nutrition in order to lose weight in a very unsafe and unhealthy manner.

You are likely to gain most of it back.

Losing weight is not an overnight process. It DOES NOT involve starving yourself. The human body needs on average 1200 calories a day to maintain normal function. On a proper diet and with a planned exercise program, a person can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week. No more than that.

You did not do yourself any favors by trying to lose weight in the manner that you did. You need to see a nutrition and diet therapist, who can help you get back on the right track and teach you how to eat and how to maintain a healthy weight.

Being skinny is so unattractive and unhealthy. Start eating again and gain some weight back.

First of all, when you do not eat - your body goes into "survival mode" and your metabolism SLOOOOOWWWSSSS down. Obviously, after a while, you will lose weight - just NOT the healthy way. AND you will most likely put on more weight than you lost not matter what you do unless you address this situation now and healthy.

So now, your pale and sick - because your body is your outward appearance (skin color, hair texture, etc.) comes from what you put in your body. Therefore, the ole saying "you are what you eat" comes to mind here.

First, when you eat now, and your stomach growls, it is because it is saying - OMG - there some food - can we have some more down here please - we are starving.

You need to eat healthy - and exercise. There is no magic pill, no magic diet - just good old fashion fruits, veggies, fish, etc. and take a walk.

Thats anerexia, since you didnt eat, your stomach can't handle contents that are being put into it. You are probably pale, b/c you haven't gotten nutrients that your body needs to function, and you probably do look like your sick. You need to get help for your eating disorder, and visit a dietician to start adding the right foods to your diet to help sustain a HEALTHY weight, and even gain some if needed.

Not eating or bing and purging is no way to loose weight, it can and will cause health issues in your life that are irreversible. Eating three sensible meals a day, working out for 20-30 min a day 3-5 days a week, would of helped you drop your weight, cutting out sugary drinks like soda, or high fructose corn syrup could of helped you drop weight, I know this b/c i did this and lost 50lbs.

Get yourself to see a doctor and tell him what you did, and he will beable to point you in the direction you need.

Are you trying to lose weight by not eating? That is not the way to go about it. Not eating slows down your metabolism which keeps your body from burning calories. It stores them for later use. If you want to lose weight you need to cut your calorie and fat intake and exercise more to burn the calories and fat you eat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables to lose weight and leave the junk food alone. You may look pale because your iron is low. Take a multivitamin with iron everyday. Just watch what you eat but EAT. If you were getting enough food your stomach would not growl. EAT

It's really really really bad sounds like me when I was 16 I was about 20 pounds over weight so I felt horrible ugly and bad so I stopped eating well, I got super duper pale and horrible looking and felt like crap I didn't have energy to do anything and thank god a teacher started noticing that something was wrong with me and asked me about it and it took me that to realize that my "diet" was hurting my health and not eating is very damanging because it affects your life long afterwards just for those twenty of more pounds to lose for instance if you continue to do that in the future when you do want to have kids it could prevent you from having them or even make it harder for you to have them it's awful on your teeth. So my advice for you is to eat, eat, eat it's better to eat smaller portions and not to cut everything from your diet because you do need a modiaration of everything in your diet not just lettuce and other healthy stuff. My diet went from diet to an eating disorder without me even knowing it or even thinking twice bout it. I don't know if I would still be alive if she hadn't said anything either because I would probably just be in the same rut or doing the same thing if she didn't say anything. Basically you are starving your body. I just hope this helps you a little and is your wake up call, like I got mine. I don't mean this to be mean or anything just advice from someone that has been there and it's not a easy road but you have to do it :)

It is easier to loose weight by eating 5 times a day with small portions. Back this up with 5-6 eight ounce glasses of water. Some foods are free to eat such as broccli, and lettice. Do a serach on food that burn more calories when you eat them than they provide. If you are a diabetic and you are not eating, you run the chance of your sugar levels dropping all the way out. Which will KILL you. See a doctor. Eat your greens. Drink your water! And keep a diabetic sucker in your pocket at all times!

Well, seeing as how you lost the weight by not eating, you probably lost a considerable amount of weight in a short amount of time correct? In this case, your body could not adjust to that much weightloss at one time, which is probably why you look pale and sickly. My advice to you is to eat a balanced diet, at least 3 meals a day, and exercise, which is most important to build your body back up without gaining all the wieght back.

Sabrina, you must eat. When you don't eat, you don't get any nutrition. That's why you look pale and sick. You must have nutrition everyday so your body can repair itself.

I did that when I was 14, and the following 10 years I had so many illnesses caused by that, that I have never fully recovered. See your doctor for diet help. He or she can send you to a nutritionist to develop a diet that will help you lose weight and stay healthy.

ahhhhh what are you doing to yourself! You need to eat a healthy diet! Its better to be over weight and eat than to be skinny and starving! Just eat when your hungry whenever that may be just make sure you eat a whole grain, fruit, veggie, lean meat, low fat dairy, water and you wont gain weight if you stick to those things only.
