i am not a doctor but it should be fine, Mucinex is an expectorant use to cough up/produce phlegm but since it late at night call her pharmacist and give them a list of her meds and they will tell you if it is OK.

I take Mucinex (not Mucinex D) and I have Type II Diabetes. My physician knows I do this, and has said nothing about it being a problem. I take it twice a day, every day.
When your grandmother purchases it, have her ask a pharmacist if it is safe, they will be glad to answer her question.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I have type II diabetes and I use Mucinex D. My doctor told me to use it because I have a terrible cough that won't go away. It does help.
BUT your grandmother needs to ask HER doctor if it's alright for HER to take it. People on the internet can't tell you that.

Try not to blow your nose. Breathe through your mouth for now until you can breathe through your nose. Your sinuses are inflamed and when you blow your nose you you put negative pressure on those inflamed tissues and it presses them up against everything. You have a drainage tube that leads from your ears to your sinuses called the Eustachian tube and when you have a cold or sinus infection, that tube fills with the wax that drains from your ears. When the sinus tissue becomes so inflamed, it'll block that tube and the wax will build up in your ears. That's one benefit from having a fever is the body temperature will melt the wax and it will drain the tube and you can hear better. I don't recommend Mucinex D. I recommend the hottest shower you can stand and then wrap up in many clothes in a cold room.

Regular Mucinex is fine, it's the decongestants we cannot use. If I need something like a decongestant I use a saline nasal flush. I don't like it, but it does help.

it should be fine. the only thing that may happen is her blood sugar levels may rise. But that is normal when you are ill. You can always ask the pharmacist when you buy something too or just call them or the doctor up.
