I think that two cigars would be a lot more tobacco than a pack of cigarettes. However, quality cigars are only tobacco leaves, while most cigarettes have a lot of chemicals added to them. Also, people generally don't inhale cigars. I would guess that a pack of cigarettes is worse than 2 cigars.

I'd say both are bad, but cigarrettes are known to contain more additives and chemicals then a good aged cigar. Also you tend to inhale a cigarette into the lungs while you keep the cigar in your mouth, so the odds of lung cancer are probably gonna be lower (with odds for mouth cancer a bit higher).

Cigars and cigarettes are both toxic.

Cigars and pipe tobacco have more of a tendency to cause bladder and mouth/throat cancer.

Cigarettes have more of a tendency to cause lung cancer.

They create havoc in so many ways.
There isn't room for all the 'cons'.
There are no 'pros'.

Cigs are worse because you inhale the smoke.
