See a doctor at once. Could be a pulmonary or cardiac problem.

The area you are describing is exactly where your stomach is. I've had pains like this before, my mum even called an ambulance. It was the day I got my braces put on so they think it was either hunger pains or a reaction to the painkiller I had taken. I totally get the pain you're in and I still haven't experienced anything that bad since. But it did pass after about 20 minutes. Hang in there!

It sounds like something that definitely needs to be checked out. It could be a number of things. I have had lung problems in the past and the first thing that comes to my mind is a collapsed lung. Your heart is on the left side so I wouldn't worry it being something cardiac. If you have experienced some kind of trauma to the lungs then I would worry about that. Like it was said previously it could also be a pulled muscle. It could also be an upper respiratory infection. Just to be safe I would DEFINITELY get it checked out.

Have you ever had pleurisy? That's what it sounds like to me, and I've had it myself. Yes, it does hurt. You probably need meds to knock it out. Don't wait --- you want to get better as quickly as possible, the holidays are coming! Good luck, I'll be thinking of you.

Sharp pains usually indicate a pulled muscle. But you should check with your doctor to be sure.

Sorry Honey, I don't know what the problem is but I have had it on and off all my life, possibly from a shoulder dislocation a while back. think +!

Sounds like you have fluid in your lungs, you need to go to the doctor, it will not get better with time.

I feel for you, but this isn't the place to have your problem diagnose. You need to see a medical professional-in person.

It looks like a muscular inflammation, maybe with a ant inflammatory pill as naproxen, mobicox, or something like these.
