Any candy that doesn't contain any meat.

If you're vegetarian and not vegan, you can have almost any type of candy that doesn't have gelatin. Watch out for food/confectioners glaze, as that's often made from insect secretions.

Edward and Sons (www.edwardandsons.com) has a line of vegan organic candies.

You can also get junky treats at www.veganstore.com, www.veganessentials.com, and www.foodfightgrocery.com.

Mamba is a vegan version of Starburst, and I have seen it at a local 7-11.

Goldenberg's Peanut Chews (the original kind) are also vegan, and they have a milk chocolate variety (obviously not vegan).

In the UK they have recently started using rennet (from calves stomaches) in Mars Bars, but I'm not sure if that applies to anywhere else though. Other than that, these are all good:
Airheads taffy
Atkins peanut butter bars
Blow Pops
Brach’s Cinnamon Hard Candy
Charms lollipops
Chick-o-Sticks
Cracker Jack
Cry Babies
Dem Bones
Dots
Dum-Dums
Fireballs
Goldenberg's Peanut Chews
Hubba Bubba bubblegum
Jolly Ranchers (lollipops and hard candy)
Jujubees
Jujyfruits
Lemonheads
Mambas
Mary Janes (regular and peanut butter kisses)
Now and Later
Pez
Ring Pop lollipops
Smarties (U.S. Brand)
Sour Patch Kids
Super Bubble
Swedish Fish
Sweet Tarts
Tropical Source mini chocolate bags
Twizzlers
Zotz

Depends on what kind of vegetarian you are.

If you consume dairy & beeswax, then everything is pretty much okay except for gelatin, which is in things like: skittles, starburst, junior mints, brach's maple nut goodies, most gummi worms & bears (not sour patch kids, though), some licorices, etc. Read the labels.

Edit: The list Angelique posted is all vegan candy.

I eat anything that doesn't have gelatin in it. So no very chewy candies like skittles, or gummy candy.

gelatin contains crushed bones so anything jelly like or some chocolate probably has milk like milk chocolate or candy with milk chocolate on it.

Stay away from chocolate covered animals. Everything else is ok.
