This is a very curious question. I was arguing with someone. she was telling me that if someone put the infected blood in your food you can get it. is that correct. because according to my knowledge, i did not think you can get that through drinking of infected blood whether direct or through food. I want serious answers please!!

I severely doubt you can. In order to get HIV there has to be a blood to blood transfer. You can get diseases through drinking blood but i don't think you can get HIV.

HIV ( human immunodeficiency virus)
HIV & hepatitis are most commonly passed from one person to another by unprotected sexual intercourse with an infected person or by the inoculation of infected blood.the latter mainly results fromdrug abusers sharing injecting equipment & through the placenta of an infected mother who passes the virus to her unborn child.
most people are not aware that you can get hepatitis the same way as hiv and it is inportant as the number of people with hepatits is growing!!!

if you are a canibal and the person (and has HIV) was just alive a minute or two ago, yes.

If the above statement is correct...scary! please don't feed on me!
