Investigate changing to a low GI diet - you will then be able to eat a very wide range of foods without being too concerned about your blood sugar. The low GI diet will keep your blood sugar stable for longer. On this kind of diet you will be able to eat a lot of red and dark coloured fruits without a problem.

A world exclusive & revolutionary product is here which, I am sure, will be most useful to you.
It is none other than the Amezcua Bio Disc.
A revolutionary natural energy generating device, the Amezcua Bio Disc is the product of technically-engineered natural minerals that have been structurally bonded in glass and are capable of producing scalar energy frequencies. This long-lasting natural scalar resonance has the ability to be transferred to and rejuvenate the molecular structures of all liquids.
It is a new technology that doesn't use medicatioin or pills or drugs or injection. It is a glass disc infused through nano technology and manufactured in Germany. If this product is used within 2-3 months, depending on the severity of the diabetes, the sugar level drops and then there may not be need for medication.

If you want to get off the meds, the first thing you need to do is make sure you're getting your exercise every day without fail. The amount of fruit you can have is going to very, there's no magic answer there.
How often are you monitoring your blood sugar levels? Trial and error is really the only way to figure it out. Make sure the bulk of your diet is vegetables and low-fat meats.

Listen sweetie, if your blood sugar is high, it means your pancreas is not meeting the body's need for insulin. Medication is just going to be a part of your life style! Be happy that it's available, in the old days a person had no choice but inject them selves with insulin....
That being said, if you are obese and have diabetes. It is "possible" that once you loose weight your diabetes "might" go away. So the goal will be to loose weight.
Mayo-Clinic has info about a healthy diet plan http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/diabetes-diet/DA00027
Or you might see a dietitian about setting up a healthy diet plan for you.

Go to a good book store right away and look for a book that shows the GLYCEMIC index for the widest range of foods including most fruits.
the glycemic index is just a number usually out of a hundred that tells you how quickly a food is converted into usable sugars in the body. Foods that have a high number are almost instant energy and give a dramatic spike in blood sugar levels and as a result your insulin levels also skyrocket to balance them out. It is the insulin spike that is the most dangerous and insulin is also the fat storage hormone.
The key to losing and maintaining weight is controlling your insulin levels.

You just really have to watch the potatoes, breads, and pastas. Anything that have startches can run your sugar up. Fruit is good to eat, but just watch the natural sugars too. Excerise is also a good thing to do, the more you excerise, the more the sugar levels will go down. Good Luck!!

Hey there,
I downloaded Blood 2 The Chosen for free here: http://j.mp/1pnRPqo
it's a perfectly working link!
This game is based on the 'Shoot first, ask questions later' philosophy. How you play it depends on the character that you choose, as each of them has different abilities and magic powers.
Give it a try.
