Why do people put eyeballs in wing tattoo's or above wing tattoo's? I was just curious as to if there was a meaning behind it. I see it a lot. Thanks.

ever heard of "Von Dutch"?... it's all old hot rod style art, like pinstriping and stuff like that.... it all started a long time ago with rockabilly people kinda like the guys from "Grease".... look up von dutch pinstriping

It's the Von Dutch eye ball. it's a hot rod culture thing. Pretty cool, but played out as a tattoo.

Wow. For a second there I thought you were gonig to ask if you could tattoo your eye or something. hahaha. Creepy!

umm it is the "all seeing eye" or something to that effect-it looks pretty stupid.
