Besides having to ordor from Nokia. Is there a charger that works on all cells?

try radio shack bring yer book with you as the information as to the voltage amp etc is going to be needed may need an adapter plug to go with it

No it depends on your cell model,
Find out the charger from shopping mall, It may be costly if you will buy original one, But genuine simulated charger may be available in cheap price. Tell your model number you can get the charger.
For NOKIA, older versions will have almost same time of charger, But for modern models with Internet and blue tooth facilities, like N series will have different type of chargers.
Find out it in any near by electronic shop

if the phone is nokia, you should stick to the original charger. go to the nearest nokia shop and buy another one.
