I accidentally deleted it.
When I check the trash bin it's not there.
It really got deleted.
How to get it back?

Windows System Restore will not get back your file. System Restore only monitors core system files, registry, etc. It is used to return your system to a "workable state without a complete reinstallation" of the operating system. [http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490854.aspx]

How much is that file worth to you?

Data Recovery Wizard from www.easeus.com is an excellent program. It's free to try for the first 30 days. The fully-functioning program is $70. (Although some software pirates make it available freely, albeit, illegally.)

You can try a restore to a date before deleting it. Beyond that there is software that says it can recover lost files. Quite expensive.
