tastes very sweet, at least mine did!
I used to extract milk from my breast to save it for my babies ( I got twins) and feed them when they were hungry, sometimes I had to taste it to be sure that it was ok, the temperature was right and there was no bitterness... It goes sour fast and you want to be sure the babies get good milk

Hahaha, cute quesrion,,but if I remeber right, I used to sneak into my little brother's room and taste my brother's breastmilk put into the feedingbottle, not so special really, it is slightly sweet, and almost tasteless, although it has really a special smell....well I guess it is better than the fresh cow's milk or horses' milk or any animal milk...after all, that was the one that gave us strong teeth and nice skin now.........

I think it depends on what sort of diet the mother has.
But i think it is mostly sweet.
