I've never heard of "Thai lotto tips".
However, I can say that the "top contributor" that said you can't win doesn't know what he's talking about!
If you're trying to win the high-dollar lottery games, you're just throwing your money away. The odds are just too high.
However, if you stay with games like Pick 3, you have a much better chance of winning. There are a lot of good "systems' out there that work with this game by helping you cut down on the odds. Heck, I even developed one myself that hits 1-2 times a week, sometimes as many as 4 wins a week.
Remember, "Lottery" can mean anything from PowerBall or the UK Lottery, to pick 3 games. Be more specific when you ask about a "lottery".

There is no tip that will help you on a random game. You can be sure that anyone running an official lotto does their best to make sure it is random - so don't even bother with tips.
