where the woman is too loud during sex?

I have written notes, complained to the landlord and nothing!

I am losing sleep and I am a carer.

What can I do?

If they're up late at night and you get up very early in the morning, then there's no doubt you should do the same to them as they're doing to you..!

Personally, I chose a morning after a serious party, got up way too early (no more than 30-40 minutes after they went to bed), found a record that was the opposite of what I've ever heard them listen to, placed my speakers face down on the floor in several rooms of my apartment, set the volume to maximum, put the record on repeat - and went off to work. On my way out I taped up their doorbell so it was buzzing constantly. VERY SATISFYING!!!!!!

They never made another sound, and moved shortly after.

I think you would do better not to be smart (although I can understand why you were). I would go round and speak to them face to face. Explain that the walls are thin and that their noise is an invasion of your privacy. If this doesn't work, toss the good neighbour bit out of the window and retaliate with lots of noise very early on Sunday morning. Or whenever you hear them doing loud sex start laughing very loud and shout to them through the wall, cheering them on, mimicing etc - very off putting. I have actually tried this last tactic and I have to say it worked like lightening. One sunday tea time I had some friends round when the usual racket started. We had so much fun taking the mickey out of them and I never heard a single sound from them again.

Record the sound then play it on a CD player outside their house With a big Notice saying "THIS IS THE NOISE I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH AT ?O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING FROM THIS HOUSE" It might embarrass them enough to stop it. Also you could send the tape to the Noise Abatement Society to see if they can do anything.

Personally I'd have a "Listen to this" Party, invite everyone you know cheer and whistle - join in when the noises are being made ect and this might just stop it. You never know.

Good luck. Some neighbours can be pretty selfish and annoying I know we've had issues in the past with ours.

Hope it stops and they let you get on with your life. ;) x

Why don't you just walk over to the neighbor place, knock or bang on the door, when he answers, point to your baggy eyes and disheveled appearance and say: See this? I'm trying to sleep and the noise coming from your place is very disturbing. No offense, but please keep the noise levels down to a dull roar. You can also use the "or else" part and threaten to report him to the landlord or cops. Stand up and let him know about it. Also, consider buying earplugs and an eye cover, they work wonders.

It may seem hard but dont fall out with them they will do it more! Approaching them probablly wont help either. You have to persistantly complain to the landlord or try inviromental health, you will need evidence to show the extent. The only way people take notice is if they have to. If there is arguing or music you can ring the police-dont tell them your name though!

record how loud she is and knock on her door let her hear it, then say this is keeping me up at night I bet she will be embarrassed and keep it down. If that isn't working call the landlord let him hear the tape, but maybe she is so loud because she has a night-time job as a phone sex operator!

in case you reside in an place of residing complicated you're able to talk to the owner or the executive of the construction. you're taking your courtroom situations to them in a expert way. tell the owner that the tenants in ( in spite of the fact that place of residing #) are being very loud in the previous due hours of the night or in the very early mornings. My brother is a supervisor of an place of residing complicated and could no longer tolerate any noses after 10 pm to be considerate to all the different tenats. If this rule is violated better than two times.. then he kicks them out. while the tenant first arrives, he has them conform to precise regulations of the construction community. in case you get no effects out of your landlord or manger of the construction.. then you could visit the police and document a grievance.

Next time she wakes you up start banging on the wall and shouting for her to shut up. Or get out of bed and go and knock on her door, keep knocking until she gets up and answers. If she keeps doing it start waking her on the nights that she doesn't wake you up. I know it means waking your child up but it might be worth it.

Falling that start collecting hundreds of egg boxes. When you have loads take them to her and ask her to sound proof her room - LOL

Forget the notes idea. They will either get you in trouble or be ignored and the noise levels will increase, now that he knows who's the complainer. Either confront him or keep complaining to the landlord.

I'd record her noise during sex and post a recording through their post box...with a anonymous note claiming that it'd be posted on Youtube of course with the address of where this is taking place...if she didn't shut it....
