My daughter was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma in June this year. Due to the negative prognosis, we didn't go for surgery, chemotherapy & radiotherapy. Instead we relied on traditional Chinese medications that have been used to treat brain tumor patients in China. Its already 4 months now since her diagnose and there are both positive & negative symptoms.

Go back to your medical doctor. He is probably the best person to help you to manage symptoms.

My husband has a glioblastoma of the brainstem, a similiar tumour. He decide to have surgery to remove some of it , radiotherapy and chemo. Since all of that we have lost the husband and father we had. He became extremely tired, very grumpy, confused , memory loss, constant headaches[not prior to surgery], he has become so self absorbed that he doesn't even cuddle his kids or care about anything but himself. He has been on that many medications ,some to counter affect the others. His quality of life is terrible and spends about 23 hours aday in bed.
Symptoms will come and go but I expect the tumour is terminal. For my hubby the medical people are only extending life not giving life. I would try alternatives to chemo and radiation but perhaps surgery could be an option. The docs said that surgery gave my hubby 12 months, chemo 2 months and radiation 2 months, a total of 16 months but most of the benefit coming from surgery and a lot of the problems he has had from the other treatment.
I hope you have good support because it's a hard road to travel. God Bless - just type medullablastoma into google to find heaps of info.
