He will bring even more misery to this once great capital of ours if he is elected for another term in office, anyway, can anyone explain to me why we need a mayor, when we have a parliament who makes the decisions, OUT HIM NOW, he's a tinkerer and meddler, you have been warned LONDON.

The parliament only makes laws and the Mayor implements the laws. Thus, there is a need for a Mayor but not necessarily Ken Livingstone.
