Has anyone ever found a car sticker and put it in pocket as u were walking, Soon after got stopped for jaywalking. All of sudden ur in jail being charged for who knows what. Being interogated. Your 18 ys old and scared cause they dont believe you. Please answer as soon as possible, need help before wednesday 10/31/07

Were you told your rights before the police started questioning you? You do know that you have the right to have an attorney present at all interrogations. If you don't have an attorney or if you can't afford one, then one will be appointed to represent you. If the cops did not read you your rights, then they are in big trouble themselves.

Did they arrest you for jaywalking? What is a "car sticker"? Did you have a thousand dollars in parking tickets? Oh well, its Halloween (10/31) now. Sorry. You have the right to remain silent. Use that right, unless you are asking to speak to a lawyer.

No need to be scared, get a LAWYER if you think it is serious enough. jay walking is hardly a thing they would lock you up for.
Maybe it is you are just so pretty and they try to scare in into giving up your body to them for sex, cops are lousy that way, I hate to put them all in that list but it is true.

you know what your being charged with although you may not be guilty your approach of playing ignorant allows no one to help you because they cant figure out what you need help with
