I think the question you should be asking is :who is he possibly getting pregnant?.... more than likely he's cheating b/c if hes got a penis, then he no longer has a chance of getting pregnant..... he might have gotten some other girl preggers though

Maybe he had to buy the pill for previous partners?
Im guessing you havnt had sex with him, or you wouldnt be asking this question?
Or maybe he just wanted some supplys for if he needed them Maybe its someones elses receipt? I think you are thinking way out of the square, im sure there is a logical sensible reason for it. Plant the receipt in his room again and then make it look like you have come across it while he is there, and then ask him in a joking way about it?
Or you could take your relationship to the next level and find out for yourself?

he may have bought them for someone else (friend, sister, other family member or someone he's having sex with behind your back) who couldn't buy them (no money, too embarassed, want to keep it on the low, under-aged). if it's under his name, i don't know how he got away with it, unless his name is both a boys and a girls name and the woman pregnant bought them, or he went to see the doctor with the woman or he really did have a sex-change? or he could have lied to the doctor and told him he was buying it for his gf or something, and then given it to that person- he maybe even really was buying them for you so you won't get pregnant???

Oh wait ... I see what you mean. Maybe has does own a vagina i.e. that of another girl. Do you have any reason to believe that he is double timing you?
Please, do not assume things. I know it can be shocking. But please, unless there is some evidence, you have no right to suspect him. But please talk to him and clarify things. Talk ti him politely and tell him your apprehensions.
