i do look really thin and am not fat at all but i need to loose like 5-10 more pounds just around stomach and legs maybe...and ive kept on eating healthy and so how can i loose a last few pounds? im vegetarian and dont work out but crunches just build up your abs dont they? so i dont want muscle i want to just loose like 5-10 lbs..thanks and have you been through this? how did you loose those last ones when youre already eating helathy?

no i apreciate it but you cant just target and work out somewhere you want to loose weight in.... like if you do crunches for your stomach itll just buid them up not make you loose fat on your stomach

If you're already eating healthy then the answer is exersise. One should do more exersise to achieve overall weight loss. Like you said, you can't really target "problem areas". But don't worry, crunches won't build huge muscle, especially if you're a female. It is actually very very hard to get large ab muscles. Don't be afraid to build huge muscles anywhere, it is particularly hard for a female. Those who build huge muscles work hard and long to achieve it, years not weeks. Try dancing, any organized form of it. Professional dancers look thin for a reason, and no not because they all heave eating disorders but because they spend 4-5 hours a day in active movement. Try any new exersise because your body gets used to whatever you did before and becomes sort of "too efficient". Try going to sauna if you can.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Reduction of weight:
1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad.
2) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
3) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
4) use brown bread
5) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
6) no sugar of any type.
7) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.


at least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.

the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Have you tried belly dancing?

I was looking at some of the moves and I think it would be great for burning fat round you thighs and stomach.
