Is traffic on the poli going towards town heavy the day after Halloween around 7 am??

I've got to get to work in Paia around 7:45 and I usually leave Lahaina at 7...with all the front st festivities, is there usually heavy traffic early in the AM November 1st or are all the drunkards still sleeping??

How much traffic should I anticipate going from Lahaina towards town on the Poli around 7 am on Thursday??

You will find that there is actually less traffic than usual. The Drunkards are sleeping and everyone who helped them get that way are down as well.
