See, i saw this question in the home page of Y!A, and i thought the question looked interesting, rather than looking at what section it was in. I don't think atheists are necesarily hanging out here to answer questions. Besides, there are lots of questions about atheists in this section (this one for example) so they should be allowed here to answer the questions, to defend themselves.

Because atheists are fascinated that believers in the supernatural (god, ghosts, miracles, etc) are still trying to "save us" from fables. And besides, are you suggesting that only believers can discuss belief? That's a little close minded, don't you think? (Although predictable).
