I joined the drill team in my school and i spin rifles alot practically every day. they're sorta heavy for a little kid like me.

two weeks after i started my left arm started hurting around the elbow and i couldnt extend it and make it straight as easy as i used to. sometimes when the pain is alot, it gets stiff and i have to try harder to make my arm straight and the elbow pops.

whats going on? and how can i fix it?

There are a number of possibilities for this pain such as what is called tennis elbow (because that joint is being used a lot) but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

I know how you feel, this happens to me too. You know how your knuckles can make the cracking noise or the "POP" noise, well there is air in your knuckles and when pressure is put on it, it makes the "POP" noise. This is the same thing, but in a different place... your elbow. All I could recommend for you is that try to avoid to "popping" your elbow. For me, I popped my elbow so many times that it kept on straining my elbow. I'm sorry if this doesn't help, but I hope it does . (:
