I'm in love with a hot guy and I really want him bad... Please help, he probably doesn't know that I even like him this way, or does he... I notice he looks my way and sometimes gazes in my eyes when we talk. Or is that just how looks at people?

If you really like this guy try spending time with him so he can get to know you and develop feelings for you. Try to do it in groups at first. Get a few friends boys and girls and go to the movies. Tell him about it and ask if he would like to join. Find out if he has a myspace or something and send him little messages through that. Don't come on too strong or you might scare him off but come on strong enough to let him know you're interested in him. don't wait to long or be to shy or the man of your dreams could be someone Else's.

What a lucky guy....Are you really in love or just hot for him because his good looking. If it is really love you don't have to get notice. Just tell him how you feel and ask him how he feels about you its that simple.

I remember feeling this way.
If you're brave, ask him how he feels or write him a letter.
If you're not so brave, maybe get a mutual friend to casually ask him if he's interested in you.
Also, something that I have found worked for me a couple of times is hinting with him that you like him (i.e. joking around). Say something like "yeah, you just want to go out with me" or something along those lines when you're being playful. If he really is interested, he will agree and very likely become more serious. Once he is more serious, it will be easier for both of you to open up.

Ask him out and get an idea of what kind of person he is. Go someplace where there are other people, so you have the "safety in numbers" thing going for you. A high school football game might be nice.

If he is interested, you'll find out quickly enough. He'll hang around you all the time, try to get you alone, you will just know. Guys who like a girl will make it very obvious.

i think you should talk to him or stop crushing on people becuz just liking them is not going to get you no where, if i was you i would just go and talk to him as a friend aget him to like you first then after he tell you, you can tell him that you liked him for a long time and maybe you would get somewhere!

Forget it you don't love him. If you loved him you would talk about his wonderful set of values and what a great sense of humor he has. You don't even know him probably it is just hormones. If you have sex with him a half dozen times you will probably find he is only human and you don't really even like him.

It sounds interesting... this is what happens when you fall in love but falling in love (one side) is not enough you need to express your love to him and purpose him... go ahead... Don't wait for the right time to purpose.. otherwise it will be too late.
It is not sure that whether he loves/likes you or not he nay have someone in his mind so when you purpose him be prepare to listen negative response too. But think positive and be positive.
